Booth Packages Include:

Booth packages (except *sculpture placement) includes: 10ft (3.05m) high finished white gallery walls, one (1) light unit per four (4) linear feet, and exhibitor signage.

Each exhibitor will have inclusion in the official digital catalog, be highlighted in fair guide, social media outreach and allocation of digital invitation(s).

Should your application be accepted, MUSE Modern & Contemporary Art Fair, LLC d/b/a/ Muse Art Fair will use supplied information for marketing. A curated social media will highlight selected artist presence in MUSE Art Fair.

If MUSE Art Fair is unable to accept your application, a full refund of the US$2,000.00 (*US$1,000.00) deposit will issued 30 days after written notification that exhibitor is not accepted to the applied for edition of MUSE Art Fair.

In addition to the booth fees, there is a mandatory co-operative advertising fee of $1,000 (*$500 for sculpture placement). Final booth size may vary and will be issued by MUSE Art Fair depending on booth design and available floor space for the show. Final booth size will be charged accordingly at a rate of US $55.00 per square foot.

A deposit of $2,000.00 is required upon application submission.

Art Fair Agreement

By executing this agreement, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for the application fee, deposit or any other legitimate charges to your credit card made by, MUSE Modern & Contemporary Art Fair, LLC or d/b/a Muse Art Fair. This agreement authorizes MUSE Art Fair to automatically deduct any outstanding balances from the credit card provided. All sales are final. Florida Sales Tax of 7% will be applied to the full amount of the Booth Package upon acceptance.

Payment made by credit card will charge an additional 4% fee. A $35.00 wire fee will be added to bank trasnfers. For wire transfer details contaact (305) 417-8278 or info@museartfair.com/ Please include gallery / solo artist name on the wire to insure proper credit. Certified Checks must be drawn on U.S. banks only and made payable to:: MUSE Modern & Contemporary Art Fair, LLC at the address P.O. Box 331845, Miami, FL 33133. All transactions must be in US currecy.

Exhibitor Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") is made by and between MUSE Modern & Contemporary Art Fair, LLC d/b/a MUSE Art Fair, P.O. Box 331845, Miami, FL 33133 and applicant listed above ("Exhibitor") collectively "the Partied").

Agreement shall not take effect and there shall be no obligation by either party unless MUSE Art Fair issues a Notice of Acceptance and the Agreement is counter-executed by MUSE Art Fair. This Agreement shall be effective and binding on the Parties on the date countersigned by MUSE Modern & Contemporary Art Fair d/b/a MUSE Art Fair, taking place on the noted dates and times of the current event. Failure by MUSE Art Fair to delivery fully executed Agreement shall not be construed to mean that Exhibitor is nor bound to this Agreement.

Exhibitors agree to be bound unconditionally by the MUSE Art Fair Regulations, MUSE Art Fair Exhibitor Agreement, Sponsorship Materials / Agreements, and the Venue Agreement. If Exhibitor receives a Notice of Acceptance and is accepted to the Fair, the booth cost (and any applicable additional cost), shall be paid by Exhibitor in accordance with the assigned payment schedule. A deposit of 50% of the balance of the booth/exhibitor space rental fee shall be due no later than five (5) calendar days after Exhibitor's receipt of Notice of Acceptance and a copy of this Agreement containing MUSE's countersignature.

Exhibitor agrees to pay the remaining balance by no later than thirty (30) calendar days after deposit was made. In the event the Exhibitor fails to make timely payments, MUSE reserves the right to reassign booth location and/or offer said booth location to other Exhibitors. This Agreement between the above named Exhibitor and MUSE along with the MUSE Exhibitor's Manual and the Art Fair Participation Agreement and Exhibition Regulations govern the terms and conditions of the Parties' relationship. Exhibitors shall remain fully responsible and liable for any and all obligations as set forth in this Agreement.

This application & Agreement when countersigned by both parties, becomes a binding Agreement regarding participation in the inaugural exhibition of MUSE Modern & Contemporary Art Fair, LLC on Miami Beach from December 6-10, 2017. In order to be considered, application, Agreement and deposit should be returned to MUSE Art Fair by June 30, 2017. An application & Agreement received after this date will not guarantee consideration or placement due to space availability.

All submitted works must be approved by MUSE Art Fair before show participation is finalized as confirmed by an Acceptance Letter on the date countersigned by MUSE Art Fair

ELECTRONIC RECORD E-SIGN VERIFICATION

Consent to Electronic Record E-Sign Verification, the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.D. 7001, et seq.), requires that EXHIBITOR consent to entering into an electronic agreement with the COMPANY before an Agreement can be executed. Please read the following information carefully:

When you enter into this online Agreement with MUSE Modern & Contemporary Art Fair, LLC d/b/a/ Muse Art Fair, you will not be required to submit a paper application. An electronic record will evidence the entire Agreement(s) between EXHIBITOR and the COMPANIES. However, EXHIBITOR must consent to the use of an electronic record and must read the COMPANIES; Agreement of Participation (Terms & Conditions), Application, Agreement(s) and electronically acknowledge below that EXHIBITOR have read these documents.
